Are you having trouble receiving emails?

I have spoken to Squarespace (the platform this has been built on) and whilst they are aware of the issue they can’t identify precisely why it’s happening but they have given me some workarounds to pass on to see if that helps. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience.

Due to the tips being sent as a mass email depending on your subscription tier, the most likely cause of the issue is some email providers marking it as “spam”. The biggest culprit so far appears to be Bigpond.

To fix this issue please go to your email Setting, locate your “Safe Senders” list and add LIbbyTips to your list. Google instructions should be readily available for your particular email provider. I have added the instructions for Bigpond as it seems to be the one blocking the most however these instructions will likely be very similar for other providers.

Bigpond Safe Senders Update Instructions

  • Login to your Bigpond mail. On the upper right hand of the screen, click on the gear icon that reads “Settings”.

  • On the left, right under SETTINGS, click on “Mail” and then click on “Safe Senders”.

  • On the Safe Senders sub-menu, please write “*@libbytips.com” in the blank square next to Add email address, and click on the (+) Add button.

  • All future LibbyTips emails will arrive in your inbox. If you wish to move your existing LibbyTips emails from the Junk/Spam folder into your inbox, right-click that email, go to More, and then click in Mark as Not Spam
